CEO For One Month

Adecco Group Switzerland, Zurich, Switzerland , June 2023 - August 2023

Advised the CEO and the Executive Board in decision-making concerning internal change management, restructuring, G&A savings, and global strategic planning. Developed a career companion service; as an innovation project proposal for both B2B and B2C markets targeting Generation Z. Crafted an Excel business plan for a new service idea with the potential for cost-saving synergies of over 300,000 CHF. Analysed existing growth plan and led in a workshop to discuss future recruitment solutions for a global multinational consumer goods company.
Presented client-focused insights and recommendations to Global and Country CEOs, enhancing client offerings and internal performance. Designed plans for cultural change initiatives post-merger and between brands to encourage cross-selling and collaboration to the Swiss Leadership team. Launched a high-impact social media strategy, garnering 31,900 impressions, 800+ profile visits, and generating 2 client leads and 1 candidate lead.
